Our Total Quality Management (TQM) system provides us with the right tools to fulfill this commitment. These tool include quality systems and assurance (including statistical process control (SPC), reliability monitoring, and a continuous improvement philosophy.

Top priority is given to continuous quality improvement. It is a way of life in Standard ICs and is firmly embedded in our corporate philosophy. We maintain close contacts with our key customers and participate in demanding customer TQM programs. Customer derived and internal statistics help us analyse the performance of our products and our service. Benchmarking against competition further ensures that our company standards are high and competitive. We actively seek customers' involvement in quality agreements such as ship-to-stock, EDI and PPM operations, reduction of throughput time, application support, and problem resolution.
