RF/IF receivers

Improve circuit performance and time-to-market, plus reduce cost with our high performance RF/IF receiver building blocks. Our building blocks include Mixers with VCO, FM IF Systems (which contain delimiting IF, quadrature detector, RSSI, and audio amplifier sections), and Full Single Conversion FM Receivers.

Our broad portfolio of RF/IF receivers are supplied in a range of feature and performance variations including:

• Low voltage operation for battery operated applications
• RF/IF building blocks for Unlicensed Part 15 applications (10MHz to 2.5GHz)
• Versatile SSOP, TSSOP, and CSP packaging for miniaturization and space saving needs

Our devices are perfect for a variety of applications, from cellular radio FM IF and high performance communications receivers to single conversion VHF/UHF receivers, spectrum analysers, and wideband low current amplification.
