XSON package markings

Introduction
Because of their incredibly small size, XSON packages have special top-side markings. The markings consist of a 2-character product identification code surrounded by bar codes to indicate the year and month of manufacture and the vendor. Additionally there is a pin-1 line that is twice as long as the bar codes to indicate the package's orientation.

Product Codes

Product codes follow the same two character designation used by the smallest PicoGate logic products. The first character indicates the product family such as 'LVC'. The second character indicates the product function such as '00'. Note that for the family character, multiple characters will indicate the same product family. This is because there are more functions possible that can be represented with a single function character.
Product marking codes can be found by clicking the Markings icon found in the Zoom-In section of the product listings on this website. A reference of our product marking codes for single-, dual-, and triple-gate logic parts can also be downloaded below.
